Does it happen to you too, that if you do workout(plyos and bodyweight) one day and then like day after you try to jump and you can't get as high as you did before, because your legs are a bit sore ? Is it normal or not?

Errrr, congrats . But I have a question, hopefully you can answer it:

Do you think the delaying of various of the workout sessions has either helped or not helped your vertical increase?

well they have helped coz i have rested, but it probably would have worked the same if i did it all without breaks, except i wouldnt have got the gains as quick.

ok, so today i did vjb bodyweight, it was good, the only real hard thing was the burnout complex. im now in to week 2 of phase 4 grand final in a few weeks so i should be finished by then

Good Luck on the gains bro. Ya I am in 10th grade, 5'9 also. I can dunk it pretty well. My running vert is around 37'. I just started dunking it. Once you grab rim, it is a lot harder to start dunking it. Keep working on it bro.

It takes more than 24 for your muscles to recover and improve from when u last trained. So yes, that is normal for u to be like that.

hey guys,
welli havent done vjb for agess.
i have 2 weeks left but i have decided to just finish now.
i have gained about 10 inches running off this. im really happy with it
i will do vjb again in the future, but soon i plan on starting my own program, its basicly ankle exercises, to strengthen the ankles and calves but also a lot of flexibility mixed with a bit of plyos.
