wta phae u on wat are ur gains. im on phase 2 just ending week 2 and have gained an impressive 4 inches and now can skim the rim with my index n middle finger.

standin touch 9-7
runniong vert is 30

im in the last week of phase 3 and i have gained like 5 inches i think. my running vert is 28-29 inches and standing is about 27.
lol ryano, im in year 9 now and its awsome but vce is gonna suck! too much work. im suddenly doing way different stuff in classes tho, gotta work harder. the periodic table of elements or whatever its called is so boring... lol zzz zzz zzz

aha yer i did tat last year and in yr 9,its pretty hard,u just gotta study. my teacher said i made the pass,but im doin only human bio coz i dont need chemistry 2 get into my uni course,so i get it easy

ok so i did phase 3 week 3 plyos yesterday, it was good, i got bball today and im going out tomorow so i will have to do bdyweight on monday. then i will be in to phase 4  almost finished!!

hey, so i finally did bodyweight today  it was good, so happy im finally in to phase 4! this program has had so much delays!!!

I just finished the first week. I hope I can improve many inches, because my vertical sucks now. 13 inches, and I'm already 13.

u gotta create your own thread.....
well today i did my ab workout, it was real good. i got a 6 pack pretty much now, so im gonna go for the fully ripped 1. im gona do my normal workout a couple of days, plus i gotta make up a different workout, using weights or something with lower reps to get me ripped

ok so guys, i just thought i would let you know that i touched a legit 10foot ring today. it was after basketball, my teammate steve said, hey aj, try and touch the ring. im lyk ok but i wont get it and then i touched it  sooo happy

wow dude, good job!! i havent checked on this journal in aages, but it seems that you've really improved your vert!
anyway, whats your current vert and gains from vjb? your siggy is outdated coz i highly doubt it'd be only 28" if you can touch the ring at 5'9 =X
im 5'7.7 and i have a 27" vert and im still 6" under the ring =S
btw, you did vjb bodyweight only?
