hey guys, well i planned on doing vjb today but its extremely hot, and tomorrow is gonna be too! then the day after its gonna be cool. i hate melbourne weather! lol so im just gonna have a rest for a couple of days, its too hot to play bball

even tho it was really hot i did play basketball for a while, well worked on my dribbling is more lyk it, i was outside for lyk 45 mins and i learnt a few new moves and got some footage of some. the stadium opens on monday so im gona go there and get some game footage

hey guys, it cooled down today so i did week 2 plyos, they were good, but there were alot more sets this time. and i played bball for ages and shot more 3's that i recorded my score of, my 3 point % is now 61.25

i did bodyweight today and it was good i also was shooting 3's today and my percentage is now 63% i make more than twice as many 3's as larry hughes! does that mean im gonna make it in the nba?

hey, so yesterday i did my plyos, the 2nd workout in week 2 phase 3, almost in phase 4. really happy i played bball all day and im stuffed! my 3 point % is now 65.something, today i was shooting really good from 3. between now and august ( when the rep tryouts are on ) . i plan to do something like kobe's 666 workout. but it would be more lyk 355. 3 hours a day, 5 days a week, 5 months. school goes back on thursday, so tomorrow is my last day on holidays so i dnt have as much time to ball at home. but im gonna get up early every day and play before school and after school ill get my homework done and play until i have to have tea. plus im gonna put in lots of running, pushups and also through the week lots of working out! so wish me luck

aj i havent even posted in your journal yet ,ma bad 4 tat, i noticed it,but i just cbf

ud have 2 get up pretty early to do tat shooting workout.do u count shots u make?or shots u take?coz i count shots i make,imo its more important.
u could do 1/12 hours in the morning and the rest after school or w/e

and yer,i feel u about school starting up,im starting upper high n the workload is like double,in jr high u only realli have to push it like max 2-3 subjects,but in yr 11 u have to stress em 4 all.i got a long year ahead of me
