hey, i just did the bodyweight and it was really good it wasnt that harb but i could feekl it working and itw as a great workout im doing plyos later today

hey, i did plyos and they were good. today i worked out heaps.
i
woke up and lifted weights
had a shower and ate breakky and all that good stuff
did vjb bodyweight
went outside and played bball and
did jordan walk for 5 mins
dribbled arounf for 10 mins
did dave hopla 1 hand, 2 hand shooting drills
shot layups for 10 mins and every one i missed i did 10 pushups
shot around for 20 mins
shot 20 3's
went inside and did ab workout and ate lunch
went outside and did same bball drills
went inside and did vjb plyos
had a rest
went outside and did same bball drills
came inside and had tea
went outside and dunked on lowered rim for half an hour
and i plan to do alot tomorrow too!

i recorded my 3 point scored out of 20 and got the first time 15, 2nd time i got 10 and 3rd time 13.
all of that adds up to 63.33 percent. my coach says if i can shoot 60% 3's then i can take em in games yay lol

ok well my legs are pretty sore so this morning did the hot/cold shower thing. and i just did the kneeling hip flexor stretch so i probably gained another inch so im pretty happy. i wont get to play much bball till later coz its really hot here atm and its gonna be even hotter tomorrow and then be cool the next day, so when its cool im gonna work my ass off again

ok well i just did that whole basketball workout thing again and i shot 11 out of 20 3's so far my percentage is 61.25% from 3

ok, so i did the bball thing again. and when i shot my 3's i made 11 out of 20. now i have take 100 i have hit excactly 60 of them. so 60%. thats excactly what i need to hit consistantly. so next time i have to try and make at least 12 out of 20

hey i did bodyweight today and it was good, i have worked out that i can finish phase 3 before im going on holidays with my friend. and then ill be water skiing and wake boarding and knee boarding with his family for 6 days and then ill come back, go surfing the next day and then a couple of days later i will start phase 4 im happy
