hey, i did plyos and they were good. today i worked out heaps.
i
woke up and lifted weights
had a shower and ate breakky and all that good stuff
did vjb bodyweight
went outside and played bball and
did jordan walk for 5 mins
dribbled arounf for 10 mins
did dave hopla 1 hand, 2 hand shooting drills
shot layups for 10 mins and every one i missed i did 10 pushups
shot around for 20 mins
shot 20 3's
went inside and did ab workout and ate lunch
went outside and did same bball drills
went inside and did vjb plyos
had a rest
went outside and did same bball drills
came inside and had tea
went outside and dunked on lowered rim for half an hour

and i plan to do alot tomorrow too!
i recorded my 3 point scored out of 20 and got the first time 15, 2nd time i got 10 and 3rd time 13.
all of that adds up to 63.33 percent. my coach says if i can shoot 60% 3's then i can take em in games
