i tested again today, once again without my shoes and got 2 inches higher on my standing and i ge an inch or 2 higher off my running so iv had a nice increase

hey, so ive been dunking on lowered rings at the stadium all day and my legs are screwed. iv decided not to do week 3 coz i accidentaly did the week 3 workout last time i did vjb and my legs are wrecked so im just gonna have a weeks rest and go on to phase 3

hey guys, holidays start next week so im gonna start phase 3 then, holidays go for 6 weeks so i will have hopefully finished vjb begginer plyometrics and boydweight a few after school comes back so i wanna come back to school and surprise every1 then im gonna do bodyweight and novice plyos and after that i hope to be dunking wish me luck

hey i did phase 3 plyos and it was good, lots of jumping without bending down first, felt different but good, im expecting good gains. im doing bodyweight tomorrow

hey guys, i forgot to say before that i can jump about another inch higher on my standing iv just been resting for about a week and havent played much sport so a couple of days ago i jumped from standing and i touched one of the nba backboards easily and was only about 4 inches away from the rim so now my standing is pretty close to my running i think but i didnt check my running...
