Default Juano's quest for the dunk
Well peeps here it is. My mission is to be able to dunk on a 9 foot rim by the end of 8th grade. Not only that, but also make the school basketball team and maybe have a high blocking average. I need to go through a lot, and I mean ALOT of work to be able to do this. Why? Because frankly, my vertical jump is pathetic. Hope to get at least a 25-30in vertical by May 2008

Starting vertical: 11 inches

Current Vertical: 12 inches

Inches away from goal: 12-16ish inches

Current height: 5 feet 10 inches

Hopeful height for the end of goal: 6 feet- 6 feet 2 inches

fastest way you could do this is find out everything you possibly can about the vertical jump and training for the vertical jump and make yourself a custom program it works great trust me but it takes alot of effort but its definatley worth it

study wat to do and dont hurt yourself. good luck in your training

Standing reach: 8'3
Wingspan: 6'5 1/4
Standing vert: 26inch
Running 2 leg: Not sure probly around 30
Running 1 leg: not sure probly around 24 or 25

Lol. today I bet one of my friends that in exactly ONE year I would be able to dunk on a 10 footer. $1,000....

If you increase it by about 17 inches you'll probably be able 2 do a 2-hander Good luck!

Gonna do my next workout right now,going to see if I have enough energy so that I can add the bodyweight program.
