Just finished my workout. However, I skipped the lunge jump 2*10. I've decided to repeat Week 1 of Phase I simply because this was my first week and I had barely any power, now that I am a bit stronger, hopefully I can do better next week. Is this a good or bad decision on my part?

Right now, Im more pissed and pumped up than ever. I feel I have the energy to do both pylos and bodyweight. Wish me luck peeps.

EDIT: Ive decided that from next week on, I will do pylos in the morning and bodyweight in the afternoon, since so many recommend it.

Well, I decided to move yesterday's workout to today when I realized I did the bodyweight on Monday and still felt I needed more recovery. And I was going to do it... In fact, Im supposed to be doing it right now. But after playing like 5 hours of bball I am tired as hell and think I got the workout just playing it. Gonna continue on Monday, though.
