air alert is a pile of****.

1)same workout for everyone, it does not ask of you capabilties.

2)little to no science, as opposed to VJB (155 pages of science).

3) 200 burnouts!? wat hav thy been drinking? that is giving your calves away. it will caue your Fast twitch fibres to deplete and turn into Slow Twitch fibres, therefore improving you muscular endurance and taking from you Vert.

anyone disagree? i'lll take ya'll on baby

bottom line, if u wanna fly talk 2 me, i know tha real secrets, (27 and 33 baby), but first thing i'll tell u is STAY AWAY FROM AIR ALERT. u may read it as a comedy, it is very entertaining.

now im not saying air alert is good cos its crap lol

lol but to say ask u just cos u got a 27 and 33 inch vert is stupid lol

27 and 33 inches is very small compared to someone like redsox with his 50 inches.
