Default My 2nd Vertical Jump Bible Journal

hey

as most of you know i just completed VJB begginers plyo's and bodywieght and gained 10" throughout the program!

i am now moving on to the VJB intermidiate plyo's.

Starting stats::::

Standing 23"

Running 29"

my goal is to add 6" on to both jump so i have a 35" running vert and a 29" standing vert.

i expect this to be quite alot harder than the begginers program and i dnt expect to see such amazing gains.

I will start this wednesday.

did my first workout, legs don't feel to bad but they were killing when i was doing the squat jumps.!

next workout is saturday!

are u doin weights too if u do squats and deadlifts your gains will be a lot better
