it makes u pack on mass u dont want more weight on u to make u stay on the ground
its not like a steroid man it really doesnt even help protein synthesis that much. It could help you gain mass if you trained like a bodybuilder, and took in an excess of calories. I've been taking it for 5-6 months and havnt gained much muscle at all but my lifts are going up.
From most of the people I've talked to about creatine, they say it helped them get stronger. But there have been others that say it didn't help, contributed to an injury, pumped them up without getting them that much stronger, etc...
i know the basics of how it works. and how helpful in can be for lifting and improving muscle size and mass.
im thinking of starting on it soon.
any thoughts/anybody on it?
try kre-alkalyn....it's more efficient than powder creatine...cause it's used by ur body in a greater procentage than powder creatine .if u use creatine make sure u have the proteins ur body need to recover...cause creatine helps recover quicker and build muscles quicker.if u quit creatine you will observe a decreased strength .
