You'll notice energy boosts, but i don't think that there are any reports on what the long term effect, if used religiously, will have on your body. Best supplement is whey protien. that's pretty much all you need!

honestly I gotta disagree with all who said that it's good for you. A simple rule to follow when eating is to look at the ingredients and is there's anything you can't pronounce then it's probably not good for you.
My brother takes the protein shakes and he's in terrible condition. He has big muscles but he's always tired among other things (don't know if the creatine was the cause of some of his problems).

basically everyone who lifts weights takes protein and creatine its stupid not to. Come on now protein is in milk its not really even a supplment, and all creatine is is a type om amino acid. The protein shakes and your brother have no corolation. I also know the ingrediants in whey protein and creatine so that rule doesnt even apply i guess.

those are just basicaly protein bars with creatine in it. I hate protein bars cuse they taste terrible but your better off buying a tub of creatine powder(325 grams) for like 25 dollars. You can mix it with water or gatorade and its tasteless. Thats funny I always look at supplements and have never seen them but like i said those are really protein bars with creatine in it. I just laughed because creatine is a white powder substance and didnt think they could be made into a bar, and they cant really cuse that bar is not pure creatine.

oh then i guess my brother uses something else then. But I mean there's no doubt you'll gain with and without it. Just comes down to if you want to pay for that stuff. (I'm cheap so I'll say no to buying it) but it's an individual decision to use it or not because it's not illegal or anything.
