K I think this will shut people up about creatine, used it for three weeks wish i didn't. It doesn't harm your body as far as any1 knows iv'e read alot on it cuz im very interested in nutrition. People blame creatine for health probs without having too much knowledge on it. In short though it gives you the runs in a bad way, as well it gives you a little more energy when lifting. You wanna try it then try it, it was extracted from animal flesh back in the day but is now produced chemically, i don't see it hurting you because its naturally in red meats. As well idk if it was the creatine but i felt like crap after playing at a open gym after taking it, bloated and out of breath. I think it's good for lifters and sprinters but endurance no, and basketball idk? Thats just my take, i read alot on it and did it for my final paper last year.

Re: Creatine
peeps Creatine is 100% natural, it is merely a supplement. all it does is convert the proteins into something useful faster (lyk Vitamin D doeas to Calcium) dont over do it coz it cud hav harmful effects but in general its just lyk eating tonnes of steaks. and no. Creatine is not the Messiah so dont expect inches instantly.
