Are you talking about the intense plyometric shit?

cause workout involving plyometrics are in the beginner plyo's in the 1'st phase too.
I overtrained my nervous system cause i was doing workouts with bad form of landing and jumping.
2 days ago i ran to university cuz i was late.I ran slowly.Yesterday i felt springy.
Yesterday night i did some drop and depth jumps from my bed and today i feel even more springy.
My gains sucked

but 10x for the good luck.
