Talking Quitted AA3

I have QUIT AA3. Thanks to everyone who expressed their opinions.

I got several excellent programs now which are much better than AA.

Default Is quitting air alert 3 to start VJB a good idea?

i would stop air alert and do the vertical jump bible. Air alert can be bad on you knee's which is why i suggest you switch to the VJB and im doing the VJB and have found it really good so far.

LOL THAT IS TOTAL BULLSHIT! no way he can have 30" hops and not b able to dunk, or his arms are extremely short. i am 5'10, 5'11 wit shoes and can easily grab the rims and i have around 25" vert.

yeah you should quit AA imediately but do not go straight into vjb because it will affect your results. just take it easy and play basketball for like two weeks and then start it up...good luck to ya my man

as a personal trainer at a very young age air alert does work but it will mess up your legs when older it causes shin splints aND TEARS LIGAMENTS you will have bad legs in the future i have had friends who got like 11 inches from air alert but had to have surgury for tears in the ligaments. dont do it ill give you a program just ask me which one im not giving away the vertical project.

I had been doing AA for four weeks and my knees hurt a lot. When I´m trying a full squat. so, get away from that.
