haha alright guys. I was planning on maintaining my squat, just wanted to know if i should keep going. I think i'll aim for 150kg which i'll probably get up to in about 2 weeks then maintain it and do plyo's.

Also i heard that ploymetrics helps you increase your 1 footed jump better then your 2 is this true? I know that the one footed jump is a more ploymetric movement but i thought thats why it didn't help effect it as much as doing strength training would.

Awesome gains!
How has phase 4 been going?
When did you see the most gains on running and standing verticals?
Where your gains really noticable by people around?
Keep up the great work!

What rep intensity should i use for the next phase? anybody sure? Well i'll update everyweek.

I would suggest u do the science of jumping instead. It was the first program I did. You can google the top 10 programs and it is there

Hey,

I've actually stopped the jumping program for 5 weeks already becuase the gym i went to is getting fixed and stuff so i can't go. I'll just say that i haven't done any exercise for those 5 weeks and i haven't lost one inch on my vertical yet i'm very suprised but in about 2weeks i'm getting a squat rack so i can do it at home then i'll gain heaps and heaps.

i saw most gains on my standing vert.

yeah like i could barely touch the ring taking a run up now i can fully grab jumping off two feet and dunk it weakly off one foot i can get about 7inches over the ring now using a one footed jump when before i could only touch it. and i can get about 5 inches over the ring using a 2footed jump when i was about 4inches below touching the ring off a two footed jump.

well i'll tell you guys when i can start again till then cya.

Did you ever do beginner? I just want to know if you actually do get gains from it. Well, I'm sure you do, I just want to hear different people.

Hey,

Nah i didn't take a week off after each phase i did it as soon as i finished the first one.

Yeah actually for phase 4 and abit of phase 3 i only did the program once a week since i couldn't get much access to the gym and i didn''t have enough weight at home to use for my deadlift since i was increasing alot i only have about 160lb at home and like thats not enough so yeah.

just to let you guys know, i have only lost 1 inch on my vert and i haven't done the program for about 8weeks now its just maintained by playing b.ball and jumping alot. christmas holidays are coming up so i hope to resume training again, once i start again i'll let you know how on i'm going, well cya guys.
