Default body weight training...

im doing the vjb bodyweight.... i started yesterday all i need is a couple inches so i hope for the best.....
today my butt is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo sore... but other than that nothing but the hammis!

good luck man! and do some stretch for glutes. i know this really awesome stertch for glutes from P90X but its like impossible to explain it over the net

exactly, i don't understand why only my butt and hammis are sore, my shin and calf are perfectly fine.

good luck it seems to me that people doing bodyweight are getting better gains then people doing weight training same54321 for example 8" in 9 weeks thats just crazy

i'm doing both weights and body weight. why not get the best of both world, right? the reason you glutes and hams are so sore is because haven't use them like this before. Keep at it, stretch often, and in a week or two it will be smooth sailing.

the difference is bodyweight does not require weights equipments, you only use your body to train, so you can do it at home if you don't have access to gym. and you have to do weight training in the gym unless you have all those weights at home.
