i just make up all the stuff when i sighn up because im to lazy to fill out my whole name, my birth date. and all the other stupid questions they make you answer, im really 22, it doesnt really matter anyways. i wrote this in another thread.

or should i do it diffrnt days
what one will give me best results?

best results if done on same day. its your choice if you care about becoming stronger do weights first, if you care more about plyos do them first.

ite well im beter enough to start back to training but im tryin to decide between vjb plyo (begginer, novice?) or GMV they both look good and yeah i dnt no what to do what do you guys rekon

maybe do get max vertical for plyos, but make sure you do weights, maybe novice weights fron vjb.

Yeah if you do GMV, you will get better ersults if you also do weights, GMV tells you that.

iv done one week of gmv and first workout off phase 2 weights
both real good legs saw as hell

hey well i have now finished first week of phase 2 novice weights and im working at 70% of my RM
i have also strted GMV (get max vertical) and i do that afta my weight training so far i am at workout 3 level 1, so iv been doing that for a week and a half
i havnt measured my vert again i will wait till the end of the phase but id say iv gained maby 1 inch or so in the last week as iv been feelin much more explosive i rekn thats cuz of plyo
