You guys are all so lucky u have access to weights.

i never realized what i had until i lost it... i should be more thankful of the things i do have.

i done and said a lot of things that i really regretted in the past few weeks

hey everyone

well i got a bet with 4 guys in my bball team that ill be able to dunk my the end of this term (10 weeks)
do you think i can do it?

also now that i can squat 92kg (216lb) should i kep going intil i can squat 1.5x my bodyweight or would 92kg (216lb) be enough to start plyo? cuz i realy realy want to see some good gains real soon and i was thinking that i could start plyo now would is be worth it and would i see good gains?

also if i was to start would it be best for me to start begginers plyo or novice or maby start GMV? what one would give me the best gains?

if you can dunk on 9'8 now then you should be able to dunk on a regular size rim easily in 10 weeks if you follow the program

Hey, i think you are strong enough to do plyos. i can only squat my own bodyweigth and i am doing plyos. I personally think taht GMV is better than VJB just because of the exercises in GMV makes a little bit more sense than teh one in VJB.

But DO NOT STOP lifting. If you choose to do GMV, it also recommend you lift twice a week to get stronger.

what i like about vjb is that you can continue from beggener to intermediate to advanced, for both pklyos and weight lifting, id imagine if youi started off with beggeners plyos and bodyweight strength, then novice weights and a better plyometrics workout, i think after a year you could reach you 40 inch vertical if you try hard and work through all the levels.

Redsoxfan your a grown up. for most of us kids theres no way we can wait 1 YEAR. max most of us have is 3 montsh because bball starts in end october. i can only afford 3 more months of training max befroe i need to seriously start playin ball.

so i need 8 inches in 3 months which is pretty reasonable. i started off with a pretty high natural vert so it shouldnt be hard for me to reach 40 inch vert.
