Default Air alert 3 testimonials

Post your air alert 3 testimonials here please, tell when you had big gains in the program and so.

(do not say aa3 is trash or comments like that)

Um, i gained about 2 inches from 3 weeks of the program but then my knees started killing me. AA3 is good if you have a strong base and can lift over 1x your bodyweight.

I am currently doing Jump Manual which is more faster gains and easy to understand.

I did 10 weeks of AA4 and gained 4-5 inches but had to stop because i got tendinitis in my left knee.

hey, i am starting air alert 3 on monday nd ive been reading up on it alot.

i know there can be some serious knee injuries but there can also be great gains. i will be training on grass while wearing my bball shoes and instead of the hundreds and hundreds of burnouts i plan to do half the ammount of jumpin rope.

id prefer to be doing weight training to improve my vert but i dont have access to a gym or anything. i think air alert is just the easiest program to access and use.

ill be stretching before each session for roughly 5 minutes and doing a 20minute (roughly) warm up. and then stretching and rubbing of the knees, shins and theighs once i have finished.

ill be updatin my progress as i go along

u can call me an idiot for tryin this but i am confident that i will gain inches and prevent injuries.

I did some tests nd stuff today. i stand 5'10" with a 7'6" reach nd i have a 22" standing vert. i have been doing athletics for 8 years and basketball for 5 years nd i am in good shape. i am 15 years old

Matt

Im 14 years old, 5'8 and i have a 30 inch standing vert. Uh, i could only touch the backboard on rare ocassions and now after 5 months of training, i can touch rim easy, and sometimes grab it.

Air Alert did improve a little bit of my vertical before i got slight knee problems, but all i can say is, do the exercises on a soft cushion-like mat, or it will kill in the long run....i can promise you that. So just use a padded mat or a really soft surface and you will be absolutely fine...btw, im starting AA3 again!
