Default DWade3 Beginner Plyos VJB Journal

Hi everybody! I started today VJB beginner plyos... I found it quite difficult...I did some excercices without a lot of fatigue but then when i did the Lunge Jumps they kill me so for the rest of the workout my legs were tired...however I finished it all and after a cold shower and some hours my legs are pretty fresh.

Here is my stats:

Standin vert: I've not measured it
Running 1 foot: 28'
Running 2 foot: 26'
Height: 5. 8'5 / 174 cm
Goals: 35' Running 1 foot; 30' Running 2 foot

One question: If a person choose the right program what gain does he have to expect?

I'll post my gain every week if possible...bye bye

hi good luck on your program! i think you can expect around a good 2-3 inches or even more. but if you are already explosive, you need to build some strength. test yourself to see if you need more plyometric strength or maximum strength. and do include your weight and max squat(if you go to the gym).

I choose the plyos program because I think that I'm not so exploisve and reactive.. About the strenght I don't know what's my best squat because I don't go to gym but I think that I got a lot of strenght because I did soccer for some years.

About the gain you said 2-3 inches...I saw a lot of people that gain 6 to 8 inches...I aim to gain something like these numbers...is that so difficult??

P.S. My weight is 62 kg / 136 lb
