Default Question abou VJB

Hi everyone! I'm gonna start Beginner program tomorrow...I also wanna do the bodyweight program but I don't wanna overtrain myself so I think I'm gonna do it after...The question is: if I do the bodyweight program after the plyos one it will give me the same gain that I can have doing it with the plyos?

Then I have a doubt...Do you think it's better for me doing after the beginner plyos the novice plyos or the bodyweight?

Bye bye!

I jump a little bit more with 1 foot. My running vert is about 28 inc so, what it's better for me?

I think it's better do the novice plyos after the beginner plyos without doing the strenght...but give me your opinion

If that is the case you are probably more of a plyometric jumper than a strength jumper. First off no you will not overtrain if you do both weight and plyometrics at the same time but if you want to do the programs one by one, you would probably get the most gains out of doing the weightlifting program and then the plyometrics after that.

I just started the beginner plyos program and I'll go with that now...probably I'll do the bodyweight after this to balance the work ...
