Well good luck on completing Air Alert 3. Be sure to keep posting back with your gains! your knees hurt may get injured from the extremely high number of reps in AA

Ok Yesterday i finished my third week of air alert and today it actually felt like i could jump lower. But that happens during air alert , parts where vert decreases and then increases. I really hope i will have gained at least an inch or two after next week.

Also does anyone know how can i do pistol squats? any tips on how to learn to do pistol squats?

Hey, Shahram, i understand why you want to do AA, Ive been there. i did AA4 for 10 weeks. i did see a gain of about 4 inches in 5 weeks but from then on i did not see any more gains. no gains after the rest week. nothing all i got was both tendinitis and shin splints. I did absolutely everything correct. stretching warm up work out surface. correct form, rest everything. In the beginning everyone was telling me not to do it. both online and people i know that have trained there verts to the high 30's and low 40's. Of course me being convinced id be ok and wanting to get BIG gains without training in a weight room or anything like that as well as being stubborn i continued with AA and got the results i posted above. Your not to far into AA so if i was you I would learn from MY mistakes and WASTED TIME and start a program with POSITIVE REVIEWS and used and suggested by many people, and do a beginner program with VJB. Because of your age (14) you are still growing and you would benefit greatly with a weight training program. anyways sorry for rambling on if you have any questions just ask away

Ok i have just completed the 5th week of air alert 3 yesterday.
I might have gained one inch and it feels a little bit better when i jump.
I hope i will see more gains.
I havnt had any trouble with injuries or stuff like that yet and i play and do alot of other stuff too. Just stretch and warmup and stretch properly and evrything will be fine

i really really really really really really really do not recommend AA. too much volume.

read the FAQ part in vjb about high volume programs.

and this review: Air Alert Review

Doing 100's of jumps per workout versus 50-80 high intensity, high quality reps is the same as a 100m sprinter going for a 5 mile (8km) jog and claiming this is better for his performance than doing 10-15 x 100m interval sprints. It just doesn't work.
