I have his program and it came with the #1 vertical leap excerscise.. and luckily it was with jumpsoles.. after i do it.. i immediately feel like im high or something just my legs . he mentioned that it is possible to get 3 inches overnight with the excersices... and up to 10 inches in a couple of weeks.. but it causes severe pain in the achilles he says it might rupture the tendon.. he says you have to stretch for at least 30 min just on the achilles..
I will update the program schedule later one..
so far.. ive done 4 workouts and its 2-3 inches higher for me..
i used to grab rib with one hand and now it is two hands..
