Default Most improved team during offseason

After some minor and major trades, which team do you think has improved most?
I would say 76ers, they really are improving.

I think rockets are most improved, they got ron artest which will really improve their team and they got him for almost nothing. brent barry is also there now right?

No way rockets are the most improved man. They werent that bad last year to be considered most improved. Actually id say they would be contenders last year if it wasnt for Yao's injury. ROn artest will bring a big help no doubt but Rockets are already a really good team, with or without him. I would say the most improved will be Miami heat, sixers or portland. Miami will definately make playoffs this year after comng off a 15win season

I won't really say Miami, because they have Wade and it is such so unlucky that Wade was injured. Adding Beasley to the line up will not make as much improvement to the team in terms of potential.

Yeah but i mean improvement as in going from a 15 win season to a 40 win season next year. And the miami heat were on the decline since they won their first championship. They lost in first round 2 years ago and they sucked horribly this year even before Wade's injury

1. 76ers (can be a potential threat to the C's)
2. Rockets (one of my fav team, they just have too many stars, my suggested lineup will be Tmac at pg, then Artest sg, Battier, Scola and Yao. Skip might be behind bars. If my boy Franchise is just 70% of his prime, they should put him at point and Battier on bench)
3. TBlazers (even last season they almost made the playoff, now they got Oden and that Spanish guy, forgot his name)
4. Raptors???(I believe Colangelo always make the right move, TJ Ford is only a surplus for them, now they almost trade a player that wasn't important for a star, Calderon might be a 15-10 guy)
5. Clips
6. Heat (Beasley)
7. Knicks (ha, just watch)
8. Bucks (missed RJ)
9. Cavs (unlike Hughes, Mo Williams can shoot, shooters can become very good next to LeBron, just like Gibson and West)
10. Bobcats (they have talent, it's all on Larry Brown now)

Teams that become worse
1. Nets
2. Nuggets
3. Wizards (with Gil having surgery again, I doubt they can make the playoff)
