Re: The 2008 Nba Champions..........
Gasol is too soft and Odom is too unconsistent. For the C's, I only feel happy for Ray Allen, mainly because I don't really like KG and Pierce, no hating.
I don't think they will repeat next year though.

Re: The 2008 Nba Champions..........
Why are you raggin on cleveland?? They played hard to be there give them credit, at least they got there last year. They almost got there AGAIN this year. IT WAS A MATTER OF 5 OR 6 POINTS AGAINST THE CELTICS!!!!! Remember that. They almost beat the celtics............. Plus the cavs have a crappy coach who doesn't want an offensive coach cuz he's retarded. LeBron doesn't trust him, thats why he takes over and doesn't run the play, BECAUSE mike brown doesn't know much about offense......

The Lakers actually won 2 games and if it was the Celtics vs the Cavs the Cavs would get blown out once again.

You just said the key words...last year. This season, Lebron is the better player and Cavaliers took Celtics to game 7 where Lebron scored 45 pts shooting almost 50% FG while Kobe scored 22pts while shooting 7/22 FG in the decisive game. Kobe cant step his game up come playoffs time...

Bynum will be back and I am eager to watch the Lakers play. I think Perkins' presence was underrated, because Gasol cannot play a good centre, and with Bynum they have a better chance of playing post with the Celtics, or whichever team they face next year.

just bcuz lebron carries his whole team on his back doesnt mean hes the better player. The only reason why lebron carries his team in the first place is cuz his team is shit. Kobe has a decent team behind him, so obviously hes going to use it. It's not like hes gonna take every shot when he has a gasol or an odom or a fisher behind him.And you talk about Kobe's poor shooting percentage. There wer 5 people on him while he was driving in. What do u expect. But the Celtics won just bcuz of that one thing..defense...so those of you who think scoring is the most important thing in basketball..think again
edit: and lol at that lebron quote on bb4IIer's sig..thats a great quote coming from a guy whos planning to have a casino in his house

Well obviously scoring isnt the only important thing...ive never said it. Lebron also has more assists and more rebounds. And you just contradicted yourself. Lol. you said Kobe has a decent team so hes gonna use it and then you said there was like 5 people on Kobe when he was driving...Why he didnt used his teammates and kicked the ball out? Thats exactly what happended: Kobe tried to be hero and shot 7-22 FG and finished with only 1 assist. And yes Lebron carrying his team by himself means something.. When Kobe was by himself last year he couldnt do it.

Re: The 2008 Nba Champions..........
If you look at Kobe's and Lebron's size it isn't really fair.

he did kick the ball out. That poor assist ratio was the result of passes that created opportunities for guys like vujacic and radmonovic to hit a three..even fisher sometimes, they just didnt hit.Obviously kobe's gonna try to win and be a "hero", hes their number 1 option. Who else do u think wouldve done it. The rest of the lakers looked like shit. The way they wer playing that whole series, im surprised they even got past san antonio. And last year lebron's first two series was with the wizards and the nets, while kobe went against phx, one the the best teams in the playoffs that year.Besides, that was last year news, there's an obvious improvement in his game this year.

Lebron kicks out and who hits the shots for him.... Wally?? Yea ur wrong. He is just a better creater and passer. You just said phoenix was one of the best playoff teams last year but they can't seem to get to the finals....
