Naw...haven't heard of it. But it looks tight. Have you ever heard of the rock handle total ball control system? You might like this one too. Good luck!

Slam dunk by next December??? That's a lofty goal. I'm not saying you can't reach it...dunking takes some serious time. At 5'6" and only 14, I don't think your legs are strong enough yet. But that's only my opinion. I would say try and meet your goal...but mix some patience into the process. Lots of things in this life don't happen overnite or just because we want them to. Just keep marking your improvement and growth along the way. And one day you will be exactly where you dreamed to be.

Now about the rock handle dribbling program. Google it. I heard of it thru a friend's son. He screams that it helped him.

hi. ok i'll take that in mind. i am only about 2 inches away from the rim already, and i know dunking takes lots of time to train. my progress after 4 weeks of strength training: 1 inch increment. and i still have many weeks ahead of me, so i'll make full use of the time.

Glad to hear you're using this: I plan to keep it much more aggressively up-to-date than has been the case in the past, but don't hesitate to let me know if you find errors or need clarifications.
