Default Dunk Video before Training Program

My training log is here. DBackle's VJB+hoops team program Log I started training in 7th grade. I'm 20 now. I'm using the Vertical Jump Bible right now, but I got to 40 doing my own stuff when I was younger.

Hi i just saw you video on youtube. Nice Dunks!!!

And I'm a dunker like you Windmills, 360°, 360°-Windmill...no problem....

But I want mor and I never trained my vertical leap! So would you tell me how much time you spend on Training ?!


I'm a Student in germany and I am at maybe 35-40 inches right now....

Right now I only do jump training every 4 or 5 days. I'm doing plyos and lifting each workout, and I go at it hard, so I'm always sore for a while. I a few weeks I'll be switching to plyos and weights on separate days and hopefully work out every other day.
