id like to introduce myself on this website. I am an aspiring athelete who is devoted to becoming one of the best players to ever play the game. My stats go like this im 6'3 shooting guard trying to gain a respectful vertical leap. currently my vert is at a lousy 30 inches id like to gain atleast six inches by the start of season which is in 8 weeks. I do jump off of one foot and can proly get up around 34-35 inches. i have barely ever trained my vertical all i have done is total on and off not consistent aroun 10 jumpsole workouts and completed through week 4 of the vertical project. I have no money to spend and am trying to decide what would be the fastest and quickest way to gain some hops. i need too know the exercises that i should do i barely have a strneght base which makes me think i shud be doing explosive strenght exercises. Ive though of just actualy following the jumpsoles program and doing some strenght on top of it. What id like to try is to go to the gym and pick out about 6-7 machine and do around 2 sets of 8 reps explosively with high amout of weight. what i rely rely need is a nutrition program so any of you who could help me out it would be amazing. i rely need somebody who knows what their talking about to help me everyones responce is welcome but the more knowledged and experienced are what i need the most. it need to be tended to a one foot jumper, not a two and keep in mind i dont have much strenght.
