Man you gotta pack it on... Wanna gain weight fast do this...

morning : (you'd never know raw eggs were in it)4 raw eggs, blend with orange juice and 1 scoop vanilla protein
bannana - granola bar

3 hours later

Cytogainer or comarable calory drink.

3 hours later lunch

subway sandwich or comparable

3 hours later

cytogainer

3 hours later

dinner - well rounded...

before bed drink another 4 eggs and orange juice... bannana, and granola bar

After workout: cytogainer, and granola bar and glass of orange juice.

Doing this will make you gain weight so fast you won't believe it.

Good luck...
