Default video of my jumpshot

please help me correct what im doing wrong, my shot for the past 3 weeks has been off ever since i started to lift weights again.... i feel like i have too little power and i have no arc whatsoever...

you need to like flick your wrist and lower arm harder, now your just following through in the whole motion, you know what im sayin? look how nba players shoot its like arm back and up against the forehead area then BAM forward. your arm is bent after the shot it should be straight, check out carmelo anthonys shot and then look at your own, you'll se what im talkin about

i been working on flicking harder it really helps shots going in more smoother.. any more suggestions?

just keep on working, as long as you know you use the fundamentals like flicking your lower arm and wrist, dont care if anyone complains about how your shot looks. my shot looks kinda weird but i still got good fundamentals and they go in. just keep working
