Default Questions about training.

Monday : Basketball (1,5 h)
Tuesday: Track & Field (1,5 h)
Wednesday: Basketball (1,5 h)
Thursday: Track & Field (1,5 h)
Friday: Basketball (1,5 h)
Saturday: ..
Sunday: Track and Field (1,5 h)

Im 13 years old. I've previously done VJB Beginner plyos and bodyweight.

1. Is this overtraining if i add VJB Novice Weights to my week? (In track & field we do mostly running and plyometrics).
2. How much weight i should put on the par if i do squats, deadlifts or any other exercise? if it says 10 reps then should i put that much weight that i can't do 11 reps?( hope you understand )
3. Would it stunt my growth if i do some of the exercises with wrong form? How can i be sure i have a correct form?
4. Does VJB novice weights also improve my track events(100/60 m, high and long jump) ?

Default Re: Questions about training.

This is overtraining a bit for your age, it might get injured if you do not do the exercise in its correct form and not necessarily stunt your growth. But if you do not live a healthy lifestyle it might affect your growth. VJB improves power, strength and speed, but in your case you might be overtraining a bit.
