vjb.. a really important q tho
ok, where do i start? there are sooo many programs? and novice strenght say put ployos but its has 5 phases i am confused.
if you can answer my dumb ass q i would apperciate it ,thanx

There's 4 3 week phases for the each of the plyo program. and there is 4 different plyo programs (beginner, novice, intermediate, advanced).
Do novice weights with beginner or novice plyos depending on how you test.

and so are u guys say i should do phase one for 3 weeks then phase 2, then 6 weeks later phase four?

Frequency- If used on it’s own then the frequency should be 3 times per week on nonconsecutive
days (Mon, Wed, Fri. or Tues. Thurs. Sat) for the 1st two weeks of each
phase – during the 3rd week skip the 3rd workout and test on that day. Phase IV should be
performed 2 times weekly for the duration of the phase with at least 3 days between
workouts.
If used in conjunction with any other strength-training program the frequency should be
reduced to 2 times per week throughout the entire program.
so the first 2 weeks ill do all 5 phases in one day? until 3 weeks later ill get to get rid of the 3rd phase?
this is what confuses me cuz thats alot of jumping to do with a strenght program too
