VJB Question
I started the Intermediate balanced program about 4 weeks ago..and I'm not seeing any real gains. I saw gains the first week, but then we started hard practices in basketball.
Should I stick with the program? I'm thinking about taking a week off after I finish phase I and then switching to the Reactive Program, because thats what its looking like I need.
P.S.
On the Intermediate Reactive Program, it just says Squats 3x8, etc. How much weight should I do
