TVP When school starts
Also gonna write this on EAT as soon as i get a chance but how do i incorporate the window plan to fit me being able to train afterschool? Ive tried to do it myself, its harder than i thought. I also cant stretch in school cuz my muscles havent had hydrotherapy or are cold. Im in my 8th week of training (and im really NOW seeing progress, because first couple of weeks werent challenging enough) so help is really needed lol, thanks in advance.
