Hey, I just wanted to know what times you guys get for suicides if you time. Also any tips on saving time when stopping to touch lines for suicides? I think my best today was like 28.5. I seriously just started practicing suicides which is pretty stupid i know.

Then what r they running for like 100s lol

I run a 100 meter dash in under 12 so do they run it under 11?

when touching the lines i just launch my body foot firts towards it, turn around in mid air so i land facing the ground, touch it, and do my best to bounce off the ground and run back

well we actually have a real small team and we are pretty first.
but we dont start our season with those we condition for about a month and start off with 25's before we go down in time

i have around 23 seconds, but thats because i have long arms, and for some reason, im just sick at suicides

all u gotta do i switch direction as soon as u get a couple of cm infront of the line.
