bl on the cut and dw work hard and youll make it nxt year! imo 32edge is bs, makes claims like 8-14 inches . 8.5 inches in one week on an athlete w/e unless i understood it wrong.

I highly recommend joining VertFreak101 - Welcome to VertFreak101 and buying a program there, check it out Adam and the other coaches he works with know a shitload, theres also specials in which you recieve Adams book which is going to be so awesome . Its also customized workouts depending on your needs, you get online support from the coaches and they all heaps freindly, im not advertising btw jsut telling you about my expereinces with them . SO def check that out.

In terms of skills what position do you play/wanna play then you can train most according to that, for skills just do shooting dribbling try play some games agasint ppl better than you so you can learn of them/improve by vsing the best and shit like that lolz.

VJB is the best thing you can buy for jump training, but it's not even necessary to buy something if you learn enough. (see my signature)
What I have to say to you is to focus on playing more than just training. The best way to get better is to play quality ball against quality players. Drills have their place, as does physical training, but you gotta get on the court with guys and play to learn how to use the skills and abilities you already have. Look at players like Josh Smith and Desmond Mason in the NBA. Athletically, they are as good as anybody, but they don't know how to play the game that well, so they aren't top tier players. On the other hand, Steve Nash can't even dunk, but he was MVP twice. Think about it.

def get vert freak, cause its like vjb, but with your own personal coach. and for u ball, u have to be consistant like ray allen says. without consistancy, ur shit, so u gotta play everyday, for around 5 hours, and then u might have a chance at pulling an mj. its hard (no hating) but u can if u work hard

Yeah, with our program I will design a vertical and speed training program for you, along with assign you a basketball drills instructor that can mentor you through scheduled weekly practices on the parts of your game you feel need the most work.

We would love to have ya man...

The free vertical training is great I am sure though, and I respect them giving their time to help people out..

but I do promise, with my system, if you aren't satisfied, I will give you your money back
