wow man, i admire you for still doing physical training to try to improve yourself even with scoliosis. That's inspiring.
Unfortunately, squats are critical to jump training. You're doing depth jumps, but you shouldn't be unless you can squat 1.5 times your bodyweight. Try doing some lighter intensity plyos like line hops and ankle bounces. Hopefully in the future, your scoliosis will improve and you'll be able to do good lower body strength training. Can you use the leg press machine? It's a poor alternative, but it's at least a compund movement for your thighs. It would be good to do before quad extensions and leg curls.
Also, your upper body training looks like a beach workout, not what you want as an athlete. Personally, I would add pullups and shoulder lifts (upright rows, lateral raises, shouder press, etc...)

keep in mind, just because you physically can not squat does not mean you don't have the strength of 1.5 bw squat... or can't do depth jumps... I personally feel depth jumps have more to do with core strength issues over leg strength issues in athletes. I've also had kids who are strong as crap, but have physical or flexibility problems when doing squats... it is a personal preference thing, I'd recommend having someone watch your depth jumps concentrating on your landings and upper torso movements at impact. if you get the ok through the exercise that you are supporting the drop then you are good to go!

Good Luck!
