Default dunking with left hand to improve left hand coordination

im thinking in theory it should work. im not trying to improve finishing with my left but rather just overall handling and controlling a basketball with the left hand. my plan is to drive in hard with my left and then keep dunking with my left hand (after lowing the goal a bit, i cant dunk on 10 ft). my theory is that the repeated power movement of dunking it hard with that weak hand will improve coordination/strength/confidence in the hand, and also, the fact that it requires more explosion to dunk rather than just lay the ball in, the movement of jumping off my right leg when driving in left will be improved. what is everyone's opinion?

a little drill I also do with athletes for overall hand eye/ body control

During a dynamic skip, have athletes do body hugs while they skip, then arm cirlcles on the move, reverse the arm circles... then have the athletes do opposite direction circles, as in start with your arms directly infront of you, and take one arm down and behind you, and the other up and behind you, rotate them both at the same speed while maintaining your skip, and meet your arms back in the original spot... do this in rhythm with your skip, the switch arm directions....

Very difficult at first but with practice becomes second nature, and can help out alot more than one would realize....
