Question Uncomfortable ankle
Hello,

i had a sprained ankle previously and now it's getting well. But when I'm doing a jumping activity my ankle would feel uncomfortable with sometimes a popping sound. So please help me get rid this discomfort.

probably scar tissue build up... id do some deep tissue massage and ice massage for a few weeks... if it doesnt help id see a Dr. might need a scope.
