There are heaps, a quick google search would have spared me the post, learn to research and reap the rewards, but anyway, here are some i found:

Bodybuilding.com - Mike Mahler - Bodyweight Exercises For Size & Strength!
Bodyweight Strength Training Articles from Dragon Door Publications
http://www.bodyweightculture.com/

Why would you want to continue phase 4 until the end of the year?, just start it over again, or advance onto a higher level program.

ever considered medicine ball training, if you are unable to access weights? 20 bucks, but worth a whole lot in the explosiveness you will develop

try different variations of the pushup for ur chest. i like to go down REAL slow on the first one then explode up and do those clapping pushups 3 times in a row, then go back to the slow ones, and so on.... if u hav some kinda bar, pullups are good for ur shoulders, and if u hav 2 parallel bars dips are great for ur triceps...for ur biceps, jus do curls wit the weights that u hav

and dont forget about ur core (abs, hips) cus theyre important if u wanna jump higher and stay flexible (get injured less often)

a good investment might be a set of portable gymnastic rings. The crossfit people love them. You can do dips, chins and pull ups, as well as push ups on them and if you have seen the gymnasts at the Olympics they seem to be in pretty good shape. dragondoor.com has them but you might be able to find a cheaper pair on ebay or soemwhere else.

Cheers

Yes, advance on the plyos. Eventually you will need to adopt strength training, if your serious about making continued gains on your vertical, bodyweight training will only go so far(I'm speaking very discrete, remember that, it's a general statement).
