Question Has anyone tried these before?

Has anyone tried the program Vertical Jump Program by HoopsU.com? Here is the full link and its free- HoopsU Vertical Jump Training

If so what were your gains? Also, has anyone tried the M.V.P vertical jump program by Alan Stein? It's a DVD, costs 40 bucks but i don't know if its worth it or not, hes worked with NBA players like kevin durant and Micael Beasley. Here is the link

If so, is it worth it and what were your gains?

It would help me out a great deal if you have any info on these.

No, it's soon to be released, but we(and many other members over at EAT) helped construct it and we know whats going into it, it's going to be nothing short of spectacular!

For more info, visit VertFreak101.com

The owner is a member of EAT an good friends with Anthony(Redsoxfan15) so that's even more backup to be sure.

Until then, VJB is the way to go.
