Default VJB intermediate strength program...need some guidance

i just finished the balanced program this week and i was plannin on starting the strength focused program tomorrow but a couple of days ago i saw that the amount of weights in any of the excercises isnt mentioned (unlike in the balanced program where all the %'s were)
and i was hoping someone could aprxmtly tell me what the percentages of the max squat are in the excercises........thank you for your help

i dont use that percentage shit. just pick a weight that you can get the reps done. obviously the higher the reps the less of a percentage your looking at tho

find out what your RM is for that exercise ( squats 6 x4 ) so find your 4 RM and then use like 85 % of that

true about the strength and thanx i'll still keep those numbers in mind tho my level is about 10 pounds lower i think
but what about the curls n extensions, i didnt start doin it yet, but i think there's difference in the weight needed there...isnt there?

well for the split squats i was using 45 lb dumbells lunges same. leg extensions depends on how i feel after deadlifts. 70-100 lbs range right now. leg curls im at 90ish
