Thanks for the reply, you bought it legally?

Could you tell me how to do the high peterson step up (what's the difference with normal one)?
And the side to side twisting lunge?

These ones i can't find on the description pages.

The high peterson step up is just a step up like the normal ones but your box is higher, im not sure how high though. And the twisting lunge is just a lunge forward with a twist at the waist like this... YouTube - Medicine Ball Twisting Lunges Med Balls Exercise

Although i think for the lunges you twist both ways. (side to side)

Does anyone knows how high the box should be with high peterson step up?

Do I need to start with the one leg squat at the top? :
One Legged Squat

With the one legged deadlift, at the exercise description, i could slightly bend my knee at the supporting leg. But on the bodyweight training there saying: one legged straight deadlift, so i can't bend it?

And the squat is with out weights i guess?

The alternating lunge looks a lot like a split squat to me ? except the starting and end point : The Alternating Lunge Exercise | Fitness Together Palm Beach Gardens | Weight Loss Articles and Exercise Videos

And this is how you need to do the alternating step up jumps: YouTube - Step Up Jumps

Please give feeback at my vids and questions.

Just higher than the low peterson step up.

Yeah can't bend.

Of course that's why it's under bodyweight section.

Yeah kinda like split squat.

Yeap the alternating step up jumps. A painful exercise when combined in the burnout complex.
