Default Need Advice Please

I play on 2 basketball teams, a Local League Team and an AAU team. AAU is alot more competition and more competitive than the local league. On my AAU team I play a 2 or a 3 and I am a 3 point shooter. I'm 6 ft 4 and an handle and shoot the ball very well. I can also post up very well too, but trying to go away from that so I will be ready to play a 2 in college. On my local league team I try to drive more though. On my local league team I try as hard as I can to play a 2 or a 3 but they never pass me the ball. They just tell me to go down low every time. But the way I put it is that the local league games are good practice for my AAU tournament. I'm one of the best in the league. The last 2 games in the local league i have touched the ball under 10 times. It doesn't make sense to touch the ball and to score more in AAU than the local league. I work too hard pushing myself everyday to get better and then not to touch the ball. I know I don't suck though I'm getting recrutied by University of New Mexico, Iowa State, and UTEP. So not last game but the game before they weren't passing me the ball so I stopped playing the coach told me to play the 4th quarter and I just sat on the bench. After the game the coach called me and asked what was a matter and I told them they weren't passing. He said we'll fix it. Now last game they weren't passing the ball again and with 3 minutes left in the game I stole the ball and went for a layup and they called charge. I threw the ball and said a few things and got kicked out of the game and I left. I wasn't mad at the ref at all I was just frustrated with selfish teammates. So after the game the coach called me again and asked what happened and I said selfish people won't pass the ball. And he said we'll fix it. Well to me this kind of sounds like a reoccurring thing. I really think not getting the ball in my local league messes me up mentally in my AAU tournaments. My dad was telling me it's probably bad practice and I will develop bad habits if things don't change to where I get the ball. I'm starting to lose confidence and self esteem because these games mess me up so bad. What do you think I should do? Every time I get the ball off a rebound or anything just shoot? Post up every time? or what? What would you do?

Sorry for the long post it's just really bothering me...

Next time, split it into some paragraphs, that was a tough read .

But for your situation, I was just tell your teammates what's going on, and play under the team concept. What kind of plays does your coach run? Are any of them for you? If your team is winning (idk if you are), nothing is going to change. That's just how it is. Look at team success rather than individual success.

First of all, use paragraphs please.

Second, stop being such a selfish player. Just because you don't get the ball doesn't mean you stop playing. If you're not getting the ball, you can do other things on the court to help your team out. If I had you on my team, I wouldn't pass you the ball either, because it seems like you suck as a team player and have a garbage attitude. Your entire post was about yourself and not whether your team was winning or losing, which is what matters most, it's a team sport.

Get to know your teammates. Gain their trust. In the meantime, even if you don't touch the ball as much as you'd like, you can still help the team win. Play tough defense. Get rebounds. Box players out. Set screens/pick and roll. etc etc. Earn that pass. When one of my teammates causes an opponent to turn the ball over, I like to reward him with a good look. By the way you didn't even mention how well your local team does. Because in the end, if your team comes out on top, something was done right...
