I heard that you should try the Dot Drill, I haven't tried it yet but I will soon. In Better Defense they have this drill where you are in your stance and you throw a ball of a wall and follow it by defensive sliding catch it and keep repeating.

Do defensive slides as quick as you can, going in a zig-zag and maintaining your stance. You can add some weight, like a backpack filled with sand. And practice close-outs.

pretty much all of these are the best for defense workouts imo, you gotta be quick to play de

Has anyone actually tried the dot drill? If yes after how long have you seen results?
