Default jumpshot help

This is kinda hard to explain but...when i bring the ball up to shoot it usually hits my forehead area or around the hairline. I don't think that is suppose to happen. I have my arm at a 90 degree angle so i don't know why this happens. Any ideas?

That dosnt make sense, the ball wouldnt hit your head if your arm was at a 90 degree angle unless your cocking the ball back.

this happens to me sometimes. Its because the ball is too your body in your shot pocket so you should move your shot pocket out a little.

Gotta be something like that, just practice it a lot and you'll be good

Agreed its alittle to far back but its not that bad. I was more wondering if anyone else has this problem. Or if someone did and how they fixed it.

you want your arm to be parralel to the floor too. the only way to fix it is to practice with a new form.
