Default Plyometrics?

Upon researching on the vertical leap, i stumbled upon a website that contained methods of plyometrics that it states will make your vertical jump higher. Can someone confirm this for me? The website is Jumping Exercises . On the bottom of the link, there are more links to the programs. I want to know if the 11 exercise program or if the 5 exercise program are good to do or not. They look pretty good to me, and I plan to start them starting next week.

Every program claims that it can increase your vert. I'm not going to do any of them as long as I have vjb.
