i feel bad for anyone who payed 40 bucks for vjb....all you have to do is go to google and type in vertical jump bible and it will be right there on a pdf for you to use....

I think he had a good natural vert but he trained it to what it is

Well obviously he trained. No one in the NBA and i said no one never practiced their jumping skills even if it was already high. Im not saying all his vertical came from training but yes he did train to get to that level. NBA players practice every aspect of their game.

Of course they trained. I mean even if they got a natural good vertical already then their coach would definitely want them to be better at jumping.
