Default Just wondering how long it took u go gym

Just wondering. If u had been to the gym to do vjb b4, how long it took for you to go from ur hse to ur gym, do ur vjb and go back home?

To walk to the gym it take me roughly 5 minutes, then the working out take me usually 45 minutes (sometimes an hour). So into total it takes me 1 hour.

i usaully go in the summer, or the weekends. my gym is like a 10 min drive, or like a 45-60 min run. When im there, i usaully do my workouts for around 2 hours.

A 2 HOUR WORKOUT! thats quite a long time, most poeple say that you should try makking your workouyt an hour max!

maibe he does 1 hour lower body and 1 hour upper body

You have no idea about the CNS. It doesn't matter what body parts you are lifting for, because your CNS still gets drained. You should never go over an hour, no matter how much you are lifting for each part of the body.
