Ryano Sportcenter was dead because i no longer own it i sold it months ago and i even announced on that site why it was going to be dead.

Elite Athletic training gets about 12 new posts a day which is about equal to streetballtalk. We get an avarage of 1 to 2 new members a day. Also there is no way im letting this new site go dead as im actually paying to keep the forum up unlike my free host.

O wordd my bad. I mis-understood the article then. I thought you were saying that by doing these exercises in its own program will give you those results. And good luck on that new forum

Ryano are you sure thats the same guy, i thought it was a different username but whatever.

Ryano just sign up and post maybe once a week or month or something as we could use you there.

if i see you on msn ill help you out with it like i always do.

Now that i think about it, I'm not 2 sure myself, but i do know the username was similar, like Mrbasketballvertical or something along the lines of that............

but I'll sign up seeing as though i have some free time on my hands temporarily.

i never seem to catch you on msn anymore, i come and check at night and mornings my time but you aint on.

Hey redsox i'm a member of streetballebooks and for some reason i cant get on the site. Is there a new web adress?? Also i have hard time downloading anything from the site.
